I go on improving as well as I can. Here
is a printed edition of my Outline, enriched
with a quotation from a grave Author. If you
don't know who is, ask the Primate and he
will tell you - - I had forgot - You are a
reprobate and quarrel with Bishops: I worship

Whether they have plans kept for them in the
