& at Fort Cumberland are under the
direction of Mr. Graham — who is
expected at this place soon — but been
confined in Town by illness — He has
put the Ship in this Harbour on a
much better footing — & I understand is
following the same plan by the others
there is reason to believe the Master
will be removed — —
