The 13 Acres, on which his new-built Villa has been
erected, are separated from the spot in question, by
nothing but a road. Not a fact of the spot in question
but is fully seen from his house. Not a foot of his
House or Land but is fully seen from every

a bee-hive without a drone. The spot is now a garden:
for a cabbage-ground is a garden: it will then
be an enriched one. It will be an unexampled and
