Be it remembered that on this day before me A.J.
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
particularly described][Occupation] and upon his Oath
saith.

Guardianship

1. That on the day of [Month year] the Wardship
of one A.W. quondam Penitentiary Man
was under the Statute aforesaid. VIII by the Governor
of the General Panopticon Penitentiary
House assigned to this Complainant for one year
from the date aforesaid: [as by one part of the Deed
of Assignment in that behalf made, and by him
the said F.G. to me now exhibited doth appear]
2. That in the said Deed of Assignment is a Clause
