The word two calls for another amendment: not
two measures only — but as many as, according
to the geometry and arithmetic of Th Right Honourable
and Honourable Gentlemen, there were distinguishable degrees
of influence. So at least favour always forms I speak according to the reiterated testimony of my own experience.
