To the Governor of the Panopticon Penitentiary House

Sir

Mr P.M. Postmaster of this Town
having on Day Month given me a letter appearing to be from you, and directed
to the officiating Minister of Parish or Place
of Town or County I did accordingly on day
Month repair to the Parish Church of (or Chapel)
of the said Parish and did then and there
before [or after] the time of Divine Service deliver
the said letter to into the hands of the Revd. []
