Police Bill Preliminary Observations

The Bill when presented to Parliament,
will of course make its appearance without
any other divisions than the accustomed division
into sections: but in the mean time, with a
view to a general conception of the plan, and anticipation of of and acquaintance
with the contents of it, it may be of use to
consider it as subjected to an intermediate
division into Parts.

1. In Part I, as shewn by the entitled Licences are contained what concerns the several
sections that contain its provisions which concern the description of the classes
to be licenced and of the conditions probationary duties to be paid.

and are collected in placed in a Paper apart,
to which references are made in the margins of the Bill from the

they respectively relate.

of the business is proposed to be invested.

to which it is proposed the several classes of persons
shall be subjected
