1. Army Police Bill and Duty Bill — affording
Police
(viz: prevention of delinquency Robbery &c ) — Revenue —
and Information subservient to National Defence [+] [+] The advantage looked to from the part of the plan not already stated in the Paper of Intro Preliminary Observations as already delivered given in
2. Horse Police and Duty Bill — affording Politherman
— and Information, as above. The provision
in this Bill may be extended in part to other
Cattle. This subject is glanced at slightly touched
upon in the Paper already delivered in, but the plan
having since been brought to a greater degree of
maturity will require to be to more at large.
3. Coin Police Bill : - affording Police by prevention
of false coinage, and in that way affording protection
to the Revenue: The chief part of this Bill
was intended to have been brought forward by the
late Mr Sergeant Adaire — This topic is not at
all touched upon in this Paper already delivered in given in .
4. Lodging Police Bill — designed principally
for obtaining Information subservient to Police purposes
The principle of this seems to have observed been
the regarded with approbation if by the Committee of Finance See 28th Report.
5. Hawker's Police Bill. — for extending to
that class of dealers the system of Precautionary
Licence licencing already applied to the for Public Houses — for
taking into it Bumboat Keepers and other
Water Hawkers (Hawkers - not of Water but on the
Water — and for reducing the existing Statutes on
this subject into one. Of this nothing has as yet been said: as yet been the : any more than of the
