up again

§ . Power to King in Council to lower the above
duties and raise them again, and so hoties quoties:
so it be not above the number here specified in each
instance and so as no distinction be made in the rate of duty as between
individual and individual:- nor as between place
and place, except between Town & Country.
[N.B. This power lest the rate should in any instance prove
too great heavy — by but quare of this clause]
