Signature of licence
adjournable for
the purpose of enquiry
Powers of In the Country, Powers for adjourning
the signature of the licence, if necessary, beyond the
limited time, for if necessary for the purpose of inquiry vestigating
into the character and or behaviour of the Candidate.
Power to the Candidate in such case, if already
licenced, to continue in the occupation, till it
has been signified to him that his Licence is refused
— Examination, of a business resident out
of the Jurisdiction of the Licencing Justices, may be
taken at their request by the any Justice within
whose Jurisdiction his residence is, the correspondence
being carried on post-free through the medium of
the Board (iscut infra)

Instruments &c
Stamps employable
Paper for the such Blank Instruments and Forms,
used by the Justices as shall not be furnished by the parties, to be
furnished to them by the Board, with power to
charge them it to the parties at the triede price —
Stamps to be employ'd by the Board or not, at
their discretion.
