Board may regulate
Slaughterers &c as to
Time and Publicity
of receiving, and
Slaughtering &c and
§.12. Power to the Board to make regulations, concerning
Slaughterers &c, to the end that before the distinctive
marks on any Horn &c are obliterated, there may be the right owner
time, in the want of and the terms on his behalf the <add> Surveyor or local Officer of the Board</add> being in case of its having been
stolen &c have opportunity to discover it: in particular
to ordain and direct determine whether licence shall be given, and
to whom, and with what interval previous to slaughtering
or flaying — Visits to be made therefore by and whether any and what Visits shall thereupon
be made by the Surveyor — [+] and whether the Horse &c shall by be kept and how long, before slaughtering - and at whose expense before not for the purpose of being so visited — This, not unless Surveyors are numerous enough and equally enough distributed to admitt of such a restriction - and whether the Horse&c if dead, whether to be shall be whether to be slaughtered or The Horse &c [+]

Horses &c are not Provision for keeping Horses &c too unslaughtered late by a

other conditions persons shall be admitted to view
the animals, and skins of animals and to consult the

Blank Form of a Calendar or Register which shall
be be printed on one side only, and be stuck up kept constantly exhibited in some conspicuous
part or parts of the premises (for instance under
the Licence Inscription) contain to be renewed periodically
