1. For filling up heads relative to regular Procedure,
[+] th to the Clerk of Assize Clerk of the Peace or other Registering Clerk or other proper Officer of each Court
of Record, concerning criminal jurisdiction throughout
England, and to the corresponding set of Officers
in Scotland

2. For do, relative to such proceedings in the way of Process before
Justices as are subservient preparatory to
Trials, had in the way of regular Procedure,
to the acting the acting such Justices throughout Great
Britain; (i : c : such as have taken out their Didimus).

3. For do relative to proceedings before Justices
out of General Sessions in matters in which
they possess the power of convicting another a distinct
set of Tables or Blank Forms (Example as per Schedule [ ]) to be transmitted
to the same Magistrates; who, receiving them free of all expense of paper as well as postage are accordingly
required to fill them up according to Instructions transmitted. and return them
from time to time, as filled up, to the Board: in consideration
whereof they are to be regularly supplied with the Police
Gazette, as above, free of all expence,together with all other
publications issuing from the Board; unless in as far as
this may be forbid have been forbidden by the Treasury, [+] Direction (as per Stamp - Act 5 W. 3. c. 21. §.12) to the Judges "[and Justices]" in their said their said respective Courts ... "at the request of" .... the Board .... "to make all such Orders and do all such matters and things," as shall be requisite and necessary to the due and compleat filling up and returning the said Blank Forms — Penalty Forms — In each of the three above cases, fine for neglect in making Return Penalty on the Clerk, £10, recoverable in the regular way, half to the informer, with costs half to the Police Fund. in consideration of the expence.

4 For regular and und compleat and uninterrupted
accounts - warrant of Per Rata of the
Prisons throughout Great Britain, Returns of each commitment, death, and discharge, to be transmitted from the several
Gaolers, and with particulars concerning the
curve of commitment and discharge, and the condition
of the Prisoner according to the Blank Forms
framed by the Board, and supplied to them free of expence: and by way of check to
more particular and occasional releases, General and
Periodical Returns. both as for Schedule Example of
both as per Schedule [ ].
