her living by purchasing by wholesale (whether for sale or on commission)

persons in partnership, at any one time) any refuse and for the
purpose of being sold for making note paper, any refuse
or second-hand materials commonly used for the
making of any kind of paper, and in particular any
kind of cloth or piece-goods; in the state of rags,
whether the same be of flax, hemp, cotton, Wooll, Silk
or any mixture of the said materials, or any kind of
decayed or unserviceable cordage known by the name of
Stand-shift or any otherof the aforesaid materials, in so
decayed or unserviceable state the same having been
