of old metals taken
in exchange -
Common or private
Cart-keepers.

§. 2. Provided always, that no person purchasing
second hand goods of any kind at any public
auction shall by reason of such purchase be
obliged to take out any licence under and
by virtue of this Act, although such goods
were purchased for the purpose the purchase of
such goods such purchase was made for the purpose
of sale or for the purpose of the working up
such goods respectively as aforesaid, such Auction having
been bona fide advertised in some Newspaper or or
Newspapers in time for general attendance, and
the same being open to all bidders without
distinction.
