two or more such places of dealing or occupation
as aforesaid of which one or more shall be situated
within the said London Police District,
and one or more out of the same without the same, then and in
every such case such licence or licences respectively
shall be granted by the said Commissioners
alone and not by such Magistrates Justices as aforesaid:
and in respect of the granting of such licences the
said Commissioners and such Magistrates as
aforesaid shall respectively have and exercise the
same authority and discretion as is exercised
under the laws in being by such Magistrates
in respect of the granting of such licences to Victuallers

as aforesaid and the sai several meetings
for the granting of such licences shall be held
as well by the said Commissioners and the said
Magistrates respectively, within the same space
of time and with like notice and the same to
be given in like manner and by the same persons, as in the case of
Alehouse keepers as aforesaid: provided always
that it shall and may be lawful to and for
the said Commissioners within their said District
to from time to time to vary the time and mode
of giving notice as also if meet to
instead of annually
to appoint some
times for the year
half yearly or quarterly
times for licencing those
as meeting in
such for approportionment
of the respective
licence duties
in such manner as to their
discretion shall seem meet: and in respect of the
granting of such several licences the said Commissioners and
such Magistrates Justices as aforesaid shall respectively have
and exercise the same authority and discretion as
under the laws in being is are exercised by such Magistrates Justices
in respect of the granting of such licences to Victuallers Alehouse keepers, as aforesaid.
