Stamps employable
or not as by the Board
for collection of the
Licence-Duties.

(12) (11) §. 9 §. 23 And be it further enacted that all
such the Papers and Parchments containing such
blank instruments and forms if any as shall not be procured and
furnished by the parties shall in such reasonable be furnished
to the such licencing
number as shall from time to time be required by such
Justices be
Justices as aforesaid, be
furnished to them by the said Commissioners, who shall at their
discretion charge the price thereof to the parties
having need or use respectively of the same observing not
to set charge the same at any higher price than
the sum might reasonably be charged at by any private
dealer in the way of trade: and the words and
figures expressive of the several
licence duties duties payable on account of the several licences together with any other part or
parts of such instruments shall be imp made
and expressed by the said Commissioners stamps
or otherwise, and the stamps employ'd for that
purpose may from time to time be changed, by
and by order of the said Commissioners, in such
manner as to them in their discretion shall
seem meet.
