Board may prescribe
Forms of
Book-keeping to
licenced persons -

And to the end that the dealings of the
several persons exercising the several occupations
the exercise whereof is regulated in and by this Act
herein and hereby intended to be regulated, may
upon occasion be made thereon to the said Commissioners
and other persons to whom charged with the execution
of the same and thereby thereby was this Act whereby all illicit dealings shall may be
rendered the more effectually exposed to detection difficult and the fair trader the
more effectually distinguished and protected Be it
enacted that it shall be lawful for the said Commissioners
with such allowance as aforesaid from
time to time to frame Forms of Account Books or Registers wherein
for the use of the any all or any of the said several classes of Dealers hereby
intended to be regulated Licenced Dealers Purchasers with apt and proper
heads under which for the purpose aforesaid the dealings transactions of such
Par purchasers whether in the way of purchase, sale, receipt or conveyance from place to place for
the purpose
of such purchase
dealers shall respectively be entered and preserved recorded
with such differences in the list of such heads as upon a due consideration of
according to the nature of each several trade and
occupation may point out such appear proper to be made, of
which heads the following may serve for as examples, that is to say:
Occupation as for example Year Month, Day of the
Month, and Day of the week of each transaction purchase - Customer's
Vendor's Surname or Surnames - Th Customer's Vendor's Christian
or other name or names preceding the Surname
or Surnames - Customer Vendor whether known to such Dealer or
Purchaser or unknown - if unknown whether accompanied by
any person known - Vendor's Customer's declared
or apparent age
whether above or
under the ages of
11 and 21 respectively -
Customer's Vendor's place or declared
place of abode specifying the County, Town, if any if in a Town or Village, the County & the Town or Village
Parish/>Road Street Lane or Road
together with the Square
Place Court or Alley, if any
as also in such case the
names Street, Lane,
or Road nearest to such
Square, Place, Court,
or Alley - if in the
Country then Parish, Ham
Square , if any, & Road <add>or Lane or p if any Lane, Court or Alley - No of the House if
numbered - relation to the House in the capacity quality
of Housekeeper, Lodger, orHousekeeper's Inmate, or Lodger's Inmate - - Quantity
Articles offered by such customer Vendor to sale - quantity
of each article - quantity purchased - price agreed
on - price paid - Account given by the Customer Vendor
of the manner of his coming by the article offered
by him or her to sale more especially in the case of articles
