It shall be lawful for the said Commissioners
with such allowance as aforesaid to make By-
laws prescribing and declaring what stamps or
other marks shall be impressed and remain exhibited
upon the several sorts of molten metals, semi-metals and metallic
mixtures herein above mentioned

Vendor giving no
account of himself,
or a false account
shall be carried before
a Justice, and pay
a penalty -

And for the obtainment preservation more effectual procurement of such part of the
information so to be exhibited given afforded by such Books or
Registers as is to come from be required on the part of any person customer offering
articles to or for sale as aforesaid it may be further required
