mentioned: and every person knowingly and wil
wilfully giving any false account of himself him or her self in

as aforesaid shall forfeit not more and and pay

may be by order of such Justice, and on communication
made thereof to the said Commissioners

manner as such Commissioners shall be appointed

obtained. and if any such Licenced Dealer Purchaser,
shall knowingly or having just reasonable cause to believe or suspect
that the account given by such offerer to sale
is in any part thereof wilfully false shall wil purposely or
through culpable negligence permitt suffer him or her to depart or anywithout
being part of such articles so offered to sale to be taken away before such
offerer to sale shall be so convey'd before a Justice of the Peace as aforesaid,
or shall suffer him or her to depart or such
articles to be taken away as aforesaid before he or she shall under every such head as aforesaid have
given such account of him or herself as aforesaid and
also given his or her attestation thereto as aforesaid, every
such Licenced Dealer Purchaser so offending shall forfeit and pay any
sum
