and the speed which it may be proper necessary and practicable
to use in the distribution circulation of the same: and
the said Police Gazette shall be furnished gratis
to every such Country
Police Commissioner
or Country Police Magistrate
as aforesaid
as also

to all such every one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
as shall who having taken sued out each of them his
"Majesty's Writ of or Commission of Dedimus Potestatem"
shall signify his to the B said Commissioners
his desire to be supplied with the said Gazette, and to all Members
of Corporations having possessing the authority
of a a Justice
of the Peace in virtue
of their respective
offices,

as
also to every person of all or belonging to any of the several Classes
of persons required to take out licences under and
by virtue of this Act, or to such of them as to the said
Commissioners it shall from time to time seem meet to fix upon for
that purpose; as also to every
person who under
the any law in
being shall take
out any licence
for selling retailing Ale,
Wine, Sweets, Spiritous
Liquors, or any
other fermented
liquors, Tea,
Coffee, or any other
liquor to be
served drunk at the
house of such
licenced person:

and the expenses of the printing
and publishing same
said Police Gazette shall be sold to all other persons
at one penny each paper number, or some such other
low price, to be from time to time fixed by the said Commissioners:
and the expences of the printing and publishing of
the said Gazette shall be borne by and charged
upon, and the prof receipts on account thereof
"carried into to and made part of" the said Police Fund: and it shall
and may be lawful to and for the said Commissioners
to fix and declare in what manner such intelligence
as aforesaid shall be received by the said
Board through the medium of their Post several Surveyors
or other officers or through the medium of the
Post or otherwise
and if any every person sh who malitiously, and with
intent to spread create trouble, alarm or other suffering in the minds of persons
in general or any undue trouble,
