§ § 53.
Board to make reports
to Parliament.
—stating proceedings,
— and suggesting improvements.
And be it further enacted that the said Commissioners,
so soon as they shall have collected the
information sought for by the Returns aforesaid, or sooner
if need be shall [1] "from time to time, at their discretion,
"or as often as they shall be thereunto required,
" give an account of their proceedings, in
"writing under their hands and seals, to the King's
