known and ascertained, it seemed unnecessary to refer
to them by their titles; and as there are more of
them than one, such reference with the requisite
recitals, would have filled a good deal of unnecessary taken up a great deal of room
paper to little purpose.

§ 2. [ 2 ] [ 52 ] §. 14 Page 33 [ Untill the whole thereof be dispatched ] p. 2. This
agrees with the time allowed, by the Ale-house licencing
Acts, for the licencing of Ale-houses: but a
further latitude is given for allowed here, on occasions and for reasons that will be seen below. §.
