Act 13 G.3.c.78.S.70)to the ....occupation &c] By the General Highway Justices are to deliver two
copies of a printed Abstract of the Act to every Surveyor, one
for his own use, the other for that of the Parish, to be
fixed on the Church door or other public place; deed
for each of which copies 6d is to be paid to the Justices'
Clerk. Other precedents might be quoted where,
as here, legal instructions relative to the law are required
to be answered printed in the same paper
ofwith some law instrument to which they relate: but
as these precedents, though the number of them is by
no means inconsiderable, lie scattered over the bodyup and down
of the Statute Book, it is presumed there will be
no need of collecting them in support of a provision
so obviously useful and unobjectionable.
