to committ his or their warrant to cause such offender
to be apprehended and brought before him or them
to answer to any information given of any such
offense, and to committ such offender him or her to prison such
jail as aforesaid, untill the matter of such information
shall have been heard and determined,
unless and untill such offender shall enter into a
Recognizance before such Justice, with one or two
sufficient Sureties, in a sufficient sum to be appointed
by such Justice, conditioned for his or her appearing
and abiding and submitting to the determination of such Justice
the same or any other Justice acting within his jurisdiction,
touching the matter of such information as aforesaid.
Provided always that it shall and may
be lawful to and for such Justice upon the petition
upon and the conviction
of any such
Offender
upon and after any
such conviction
of any such Offender's entering into such
Recognizance as aforesaid to respite, either the taking
of such Distress for such time as to the
said Justice in his discretion shall seem meet, either
the taking of such Distress or the Sale thereof
for such time as to the said Justice in his discretion
shall seem meet
