Observations

[ 24 ] [ Class twenty three second ] p. 14. If dealers in the several
parts entering into the composition of a fire-arm gun &c
were not included, the provisions might be compleatly
evaded by taking the gun &c to pieces, and selling
it in that state.

The utility expediency of including these three classes the
of Letters of Lodgings ( distinguished distributed, according
