Metasylum Service Engagement

Engagement of A.P. quondam Penitentiary Man under the Statute of 34. Geo:
3 ch. §. VIII, in the service of the Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary
House at the Metasylum.
General Panopticon Penitentiary House this day of [ Month Year ]

1. Whereas the Penitentiary-Term of the said A.P. doth this day expire -
[Or if this be not his first engagement here set forth the several preceding engagements]
2. And Whereas for the space of one year next ensuing (tomorrow the being the
first day thereof) the said A. P. is willing on the terms herein after mentioned to enter
into the service of the said Governor at the said Metasylum, and the said Governor
is willing to take him into the same -
