IV Penalties &c

§.11. [i] [Prosecuted for ... as the penalty for any offence
...against this Act. ] p.18. In the Ale house
Licencing Act (26 G.2.c.26.§.7.) in the case of a breach of Recognizance a course of proceeding
in case of for a breach of Recognizance is prescribed Recognizance
