Provided always that in case where wherever in the instance in <add>the case of partnerships in</add> any of the such occupation
as aforesaid
of any trade or a occupation to be licenced as aforesaid under
and in virtue of this Act there are two or more the same is carried on by
divers there shall be paid if there are no more for two
persons in partnership or if there be two partners
partners th half as much again as the ordinary single duty
they shall not pay together double the duty but
and so for every other partner above two half as much in the
more as the amount of such single duty.

Provided also that on the decease of where any person so licenced
any the widow or child any child or grandchild of such person may carry on
the trade such occupation during the remainder of the time to run

of possession have been received at the head office of
the said Commissioners within one fortnight thereof.

Provided also, that if any one person
every person exercising two or more of the
said occupations as herein above distinguished,
shall for every such occupation take out a separate
licence, paying for the same each the whole duty in
that behalf appointed as aforesaid: Should there be
