Reasons for
Despatch

Another thing essential to the temporary establishment, is
the issuing of the requisite terms without waiting
for further contracts instruments lingering as before for months together
in the Law Offices. Form in such a case at least may better
want than substance — besides that and there is little
indeed for form to do after what has been
done already in the existing Draught.

it comes under your perusal, Sir, will shew. It
