the Importer.

performed?
1 On ship board before landing? No
2. At the Custom house? Yes
3. At the Importers Warehouse? Yes Officer having lock and key
4. But suppose an Importer is
not a Merchant nor has any Warehouse? Custom
House or Inspection to assign a Warehouse ut supra
5. How to prevent clashing of p authority
between the Police Officer and the Custom House
Officers?
6. Arms imported to be marked and booked
but not licenced: no more than if in the
hands of the Manufacturer or Dealer.
