Licentiandes

Provided also that Partners in any number
shall pay only as one person; shall in respect of the licence duty but each and
every partner in every partnership shall take out and
pay for a separate recognizance in manner
as hereinafter mentioned

Provided also that if as often no person as often as
upon the desire of any person so licenced as
aforesaid or otherwise any other person shall lawfully come
into the possession of the House Shop Warehouse or other place of
trade of the party dying or in respect whereof
any such licence shall have been taken out as aforesaid
and shall pay be responsible any fresh licence duty the
for the renewal of such licence.

Licence

Provided also that in every such licence mention
shall be made of the House Shop, Warehouse, Yard or other
Place of Trade in respect whereof the same shall be
granted; and that no such licence shall extend to more
than one such Place of Trade.

or giving up business on the part of any such licenced person
any other person shall come in and succeed to the such business if any
for the remainder of the year of other shorter part of the Year
such licenced comprised in such licence every such person so descending
to such business shall, within one calendar month days from
after such change of possession, take out a fresh
licence and enter into a fresh recognizance; paying for
such a recognizance as aforesaid, but not paying any thing for such licence.
