With her Imperial Majesty's
permission I address myself through
this Letter to all Gentlemen Commanders
of the underwritten places: In Olonitz,
Petrovsky Fabricks, in Archangel
Ustiga, Chilinoff, Verchoturia,
Catherineburg, at Sesersky Fabricks,
in Tobolsk, Taza, Tomsk, Omsk,
Bernaul, Orenburg, Traitzky fortress,
Casan, Tzaritzen Kamashenkein,
Astrachan, Kizlar, Mozcok, Szoff,
Taganzok, & in the Government of
New Russia, acquainting you Gentlemen,
that an English Traveller Mr
Bentham, a young Gentleman of high
Birth, the bearer of this Letter, is travelling
by his own desire to all Asizes, Fabriicks,
& other places worth notice; For
which Reason desire that all Gentlemen
