The real profit of the mine which he says he thinks he could get
the farming of he estimates at £12,000 a year after the two
first years, which two first years would not be altogether without
their profit. Bolton and Watt from where he says he
had the idea of the terms, are getting I have been told at the
rate of 60,000£ a year by the Watt's improvement on the
Steam-Engine. What I now send is all that remains of Sam's last letter but one.
