We think you are right about ‘such part’ and we were able to get rid of a few other ‘unclear’ tags. We tend to include marginal summaries if they are written in pen. If there is marginalia in pencil, this does not need to be transcribed. We included the second heading after a page break tag and a comment explaining that a new column started here.
