of the Annuity Note the social consideration, not only operates
with equal force, but has the personal ad consideration
if the advantage to be gained by the holding
of the note to bank and strengthen it.

The material question is — will it be received?
— this being answered, and answered to satisfaction, the other question
— why will it be received? — how come it
that it will be received? — is matter only of
curiosity and speculation.
