means of bringing about the event indicated by it are is
the paying off such and such masses of Stock
Annuity: the purchase of a correspondent quantity
of Annuity Note paper by the Stock Annuitants
thus discharged a quantity fully equal to or less than more or less inferior to the quantity mass of Stock Annuity paid off. is a distinct operation

practice it will probably appear to be little if any

and in a greater or less quantity will be in the
power of government; to buy in to the other fund
is the act of the individuals and will depend on
the will of the individual: - but in this matter as
in others that will will have its rules. the course that
will be taken by it will be capable of being pronounced

ever can be obtained in respect of financial
computations and arrangements.
