3. I am an enemy to his establishment meaning his
official establishment: on the whole our part of it
because on the whole and every part of it it seems
to me an example and a source of vice and misrule

I am an enemy to it because by the reading of the
formularies which it has presented not so much service
in the field of religion is done as can be done
as in done any other than Church is done without them.

I am an enemy to its discipline because by it
affords no efficient list of or security for the fitness in any particular
of those who present themselves as candidates
for admission to the faculty that situation of residency that professional
services and thereby in that advance receiving the pay which in so many
various is attached to or pretended to be attention
to that service service: whereas in the Established Church of Scotland
once in all non-established Churches the security for their
aptitude is in all essential parts sufficient

I am an enemy again to its discipline, because
when a man is in one of those situations to which
in words the obligation of residency that
service unprofitable in amounts it affords no
efficient security for his residency it in an apt manner
or so much as for his residency it in any manner at
all
