inhabitants sure majority
of the deputation
confirming taxes indubitable:
cause, money disguised
or not by annexation
to office would suffice
to secure the three
four and five necessaries.
But submission even
to see the money levied,
is not probable: still
less to that and seeing
it sent to Spain.

existence of Ultramaria
depends on the money's
being sent out of it, not
greater than do. of do. English
Members, among
whom the 23 millions
annually levied are shared,
that the existence of
England depends upon
that quantity's being so
disposed of.
But in England, Constitutional
Code none – for
appropriate submission
habits and acknowledged
principles abundant.
Per Spanish Code, Art 1. 8 –
right of inhabitants of
both hemispheres equal.
Hence, say – Ultramaria
take from us what
you will: but give us
as much from Spain.
