Canada Petition

We mean not to cast have no such wish as that of casting any peculiar imputation on
the servants individuals or any of those by so far out of the sight of whom at this distance
from the seat of supreme authority their Royal from the presence of their Royal Master the powers of governance
have been exercised: Of misconduct we say nothing of misconduct amiss on the part
in their conduct we see nothing amiss that might not have been if placed exhibited by our own
