1827. Septr. 18
Canada Constitutional Custom Petition

If left to ones own will undertake the guidance of our
own judgment grounded in the view of our own condition in
every respect. The lights of the present men could make us
to provide for one our own security in respect of person,
property reputation and condition in life by a common
and consistent body of law and a system of judicial
which should not having for its sole object the giving
executive and effect to that same law in any part of it
Our futures prospects would not then as now be brou be liable at every turn & after being tossed
about on the for years in the wars of uncertainty to be
bound under a chaos of conflicting irreconciliably conflicting
laws
