32 But, in this case as in all others, has attached to it a
mass, more or less considerably of burthen: in the

Of the end abovementioned ends, the aggregate constitutes
the disease — the disease of the body politic: remedy,
the institution of the proposed system of registrations

Branches here herein and hereby proposed branches of the remedy
with their sub-branches; these which will presently be visible: attached to each of them explanation
and justification will be seen to follow.

Branches of the Remedies immediately applying to the
disease constitute the branches of proposed main branches: means of
operating in such manner as to produce the effect intended by
the those several remedies — say for shortness means of effectuating
the sub-branches
