Of these items the
first gre the greater
the second and can be
estimated the second
though great not
estimable the last
not inconsiderable
though less than the
other two

Of these three items the first is manifestly by far the
greater, and most easily capable of being perused and estimated.
The second can not but be very great though it is not susceptible capable
of being estimated

That which stands third and last, though for inform be
the least of the two former, may might yet be found seen to be of itself considerable enough
to afford a sufficient warrant for the expense which the proposed
institution in question necessitates.
