J. B. to Real Property Commrs

If in his breast any
such wish had place
J. B. would represent
controversy as the
object of his endeavours

If in my breast any such wish had place, one course I
assuredly should take would be to in relation to the subject
and every other that had any bearing upon Constitutional law
to provoke all men to advance any opinion unfavourable to
any of the m I was pursuing employing for that purpose and
accordingly to represent all controversy on that subject as an
operation while it should be the pr
of which should be in the number of my endeavours
Whether in the breast of the present Secretary of the H Department
the Right Hnble William Robin any such desire
has place I do not pretend to know. But to the comm
in the government of which his possessing so large a share it
does appear to me to be a matter of highly important interest
to be able to judge whether in that same
Right Hnble breast the desire in question has or has not place
and perhaps in seeing then which is part and parcel of
same Report of your's he will can not fail to do, it will appear
to him expedient I the authoritative location established government to
afford to that same comm that same satisfaction

This being the case
let no man who
would escape indignation
and scorn bring forward
novelty as a ground of
objection

This being the case, let not any man flatter himself
with being able to make his escape from well-marked scorn and
indignation should he venture to bring forward this of novelty in relation to any of the following suggestions
as a ground of objection. The security in question — Security, for the
species of benefit in question — Security for real property, is a new thing. This Dis in it is
fact has been established — the trick of it has been d over and
over by authority proved over and over by scientific induction.
P in since arts in art says an a of
art and science of Say then Secondly say then beholds for real property is a new
thing: and for the being so, (I ask), is it the less valuable.
