v Crickett 2 Viz: Jun:r 563. as to Tithes in respect to
Houses in the City of London, under the Statute and
Decree of 37 H 8. c 12. The Lord Chancellor (Longhborough)
"Says—" That an Act of Parliament creating a special
"jurisdiction, never ousts the jurisdiction of Westminster
"Hall, without special words."

London Grand Jury liberty of inspecting the State Prisoners—sole alledged
reasons possibly possibility of a rush out—"it was in fact merely given to
such Grand jurors or others who went there for public or beneficial purposes."
