Mon cher maitre

I have but half an hour's warning pour
vous accuser reception des livres que j'ái reçu
par M. Del Barrio es que je dois à votre
amitié. J'ai reçu la lettre il y a plus d'an vieux,
& les livres seulement avant hier. Ils êté
retenue avec les effets du porteur & son frere a
été dangereusement malade; voila ses excuser.
Je n'ai pas encore le chez lui, ni lui
chez nior. J'ai a peine ouvre – the Law of
Libel. Si c'est France's Place qui a fait cela
il y a été epaulé.

As to the Introduction to the principles
of Morals and legislation, I already threw
perused it but am very glad and very proud
to have the book entierement à suis & de votre main.
