My Dear Sir

The worthy Mr Tist in whose pockets the Rights of Representation and
philosophy have been strangely violated has a great desire to be presented
to you. The more I would value, on my own account, the advantage of
this personal introduction, the less I can deprive of in and Honourable Martyr
of the good cause, in whose conversation you may find useful documents. I
know that public utility is for you the main point, permit me however to
enjoy an additional gratification in the opportunity to express once more thy
most sincere attachment and respect
