The Pacha has instituted and supports a School of
at Cairo, chiefly for military purposes. No of scholars, from
800 to 1000; all compleatly maintained and taught at his expenses.
Ages fro 10 to 20. No of years since the commencement 2.

a military college

of which has a number of Arabs under him.
