Indeed it is difficult for me to
give you sufficient thanks for all the kindness — and
all the attentions (great and minute) which you have
shown to — and about Mrs B. — I wish I could
reciprocate them.
And I am going to ask more favors from
you. The accompanying packet is intended for the King
of Bavaria. I should be glad if you will send it as
directed to Mr John Austin of Bonn, informing him by
Post, how and when it is forwarded. In case of his
absence be so kind as to address it to Mr B. G. Neihbuhr,
Councillor of State, Bonn, who will do the needful should
Mr Austin not be there. The other letters, oblige me by
