Mr Rush presents his compliments
to Mr Bentham, and begs leave to enclose
him a letter which he has received from
the United states. Should Mr Bentham
desire at any time to transmit an answer
to it, it will afford Mr Rush
great pleasure to forward it by some
one of the many opportunities of sending
to America, which he is enabled conveniently
to command.
