Nov: 22. 1823
1. George St, Portman sq.

Dear Sir.

Many thanks for your
note of this date. Since mine
to you of yesterday (misdated I
believe) Mr Blaquiere, to whom
Mr Bowring had kindly made
known my wishes, has himself
most obligingly sent me
several copies of his Report.

The copy of the letter you were so
good as to send me shall be
returned, as well as the originals,
in a few days.

Ever your obliged
R. Rush.

Mr Bentham.
